Well, not quite 20 years ago today that Ron Dennis got his band to play, but it is 20 years this year since McLaren first brought together the team that was to create the mighty McLaren F1, which is cause for celebration. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the USA has issued a wanted poster for Nicolae Popescu, a Romanian man they suspect of leading a “sophisticated internet fraud scheme where criminal conspirators, posted advertisements on internet auction sites for merchandise for sale”. The conspirators posed as eBay sellers and then sent fraudulent invoices, that appeared to be from legitimate online payment services, with instructions for payment to bank accounts held in the United States.
2012 Toyota Aygo gets a Facelift
Toyota has joined Peugeot and Citroen in giving the Toyota Aygo a mild workover to freshen it for 2012. Cosmetic changes and improved economy. In perhaps the least surprising announcement of 2012 so far, Toyota has revealed they’ve given the Aygo a facelift for 2012.
